We offer a variety of meal plan options to meet your nutritional goals. Each plan has been created by certified nutritionists to maximize your results while satisfying your taste buds.
Plan Length & Meals per Day
Choose between 5-day or 7-day meal plans. Full Plans are 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. Partial plans (such as 'lunches only' or 'no breakfast') are also available. If you don't see the options you want, please contact us.
Currently, we are offering the following Menus Types:
Regular (Carb Taper)
This is our standard menu that includes carbohydrates at some meals and snacks. Since we advocate daily carb tapering, our Regular Menu includes a larger carb portion at breakfast, moderate carbs for lunch, and rarely has carbs at dinner. This is ideal for those wanting to lose weight or maintain their current weight.
Phase 1 - Accelerated Weight Loss w/ Regular (Carb Taper) meals
(Dinner for Lunch & Shake for Dinner)
This is a short-term reduced calorie and reduced carbohydrate plan to jumpstart your weight loss results or blast away those last few stubborn pounds! It includes our standard menu as described above for Breakfast and Snacks, but you will eat the standard Dinner for Lunch (to further reduce carbs & calories) and a Shake for Dinner. The size small plan is about 1100 calories. Our Proprietary Protein Shake is made with high quality, gluten free Micellar Casein protein. We prefer casein over whey protein for evening consumption because it is a slow-digesting protein that will release through the night to keep your metabolism active. It's available in Chocolate, Vanilla, or a Variety of both. It's packaged as a dry powder that you will blend with Almond Milk (we suggest unsweetened vanilla almond milk) or water. Additional mixing instructions & shake ideas included in your order! We recommend you do Phase 1 for 2 weeks and then transition to Phase 2.
Phase 2 - Accelerated Weight Loss w/ Regular (Carb Taper) meals
(Shake for Dinner)
This is intended to follow Phase 1, as described above, but you can start here if you aren't looking to be quite as strict. This plan includes fewer calories & carbs than our Regular (Carb Taper) plan, but a bit more lenient than Phase 1. You will receive our standard menu as described above at "Regular" for Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks, but you will get a shake for Dinner as in Phase 1. The size small plan is about 1200 calories in Phase 2. We suggest you do Phase 2 about 2 weeks and then transition to our Regular (Carb Taper) plan, which is still intended for weight loss and/or weight maintenance.
Regular + Performance/Bulk
For individuals whose primary goal is to add muscle not lose weight or who need additional calories for performance goals. Includes our Regular menu, but with carbs added back at PM snack and dinner. If you’re bulking, please also consider moving up to the next larger meal size. (You don't need to selection this option if only ordering Breakfast, AM Snack, &/or Lunch because they already have carbs with them!)
The ketogenic diet is a high fat, moderate protein, and low carb diet which puts the body into a metabolic state known as ketosis. It is great for those who want to lose weight or who want to live a ketogenic lifestyle for the many health benefits. Our Keto plan includes three meals per day that are 70% fat, 25% protein, and 5% net carbs. It is advised that you stick to the ketogenic diet 99% of the time, meaning minimal “cheating,” to enjoy the benefits of being in a state of ketosis. When your body is in a state of ketosis, the liver produces ketones which become the main energy source for the body. The ketogenic diet is also referred to as keto (pronounced key-toe) diet, low carb diet, and low carb high fat (LCHF).
This is a very clean nutrition plan that avoids a lot of common food allergens. There are no grains, dairy, sugar, or legumes. Our Paleo plan includes approximately one more ounce of protein than listed in the chart below, far less carbs (only from veggies & fruits), more veggies, and additional healthy fat sources. It's great for weight loss, but is typically only effective if you're going to eat a Paleo diet 99% of the time! Ask our nutritionist more if you have questions about this plan for weight loss!
Accelerated Weight Loss w/ PALEO meals
(Shake for Dinner)
This is a short-term reduced calorie plan to jumpstart your weight loss results or blast away those last few stubborn pounds! It includes our Paleo menu as described above for Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks, but with a Shake for Dinner. The size small plan is about 1150 calories. Our Proprietary PALEO Protein Shake is made with high quality, gluten free, dairy free Beef Isolate Protein. It's available in Chocolate, Vanilla, or a Variety of both. It's packaged as a dry powder that you will blend with Almond Milk (we suggest unsweetened vanilla almond milk) or water. Additional mixing instructions & shake ideas included in your order! We recommend you do this plan for 2 weeks and then transition to our Paleo Meal Plan, which includes a typical dinner.

Our online Preferences Questionnaire allows you to specify allergies, food dislikes, and any special requests. Yes, we CAN accommodate Gluten Free and Dairy Free! Please submit a separate Questionnaire for each person the first time you order and any time you wish to change preferences.
