About This Plan
This is our standard menu that includes carbohydrates at some meals and snacks. Since we advocate daily carb tapering, our Regular Menu includes a larger carb portion at breakfast, moderate carbs for lunch, and rarely has carbs at dinner. This is ideal for those wanting to lose weight or maintain their current weight. This is often the easiest plan to stick to as it is the most similar to "normal" eating and is also a bit more "forgiving" of cheat meals.
For individuals whose primary goal is to add muscle not lose weight or who need additional calories for performance goals, our Bulk option adds carbs back at PM snack and dinner. (Look for it listed at the bottom of our meal selection page after clicking a button below.) If you’re bulking, please also consider moving up to the next larger meal size. (You don't need to add Bulk option if only ordering Breakfast, AM Snack, &/or Lunch because they already have carbs with them!)
Recurring vs One-time Orders
In addition to selecting a size below, you will also be choosing if this is a one-time order or if you prefer a recurring order. If you select recurring (buttons in the left column), we will automatically cook for you each week and bill you every Monday for the following Sunday's meals. You will get a reminder to edit your cart (if you want) or skip each week, and there is absolutely no contract. If you ever don't edit your cart, you will still get meals! If you choose one-time instead (buttons in the right column), you will receive text reminders each Sunday & Monday to order again, but you will have to take action. If you do not place an order by Monday night, you will not have meals the following Sunday.
